1940s Hepburn Pleated Trousers - Racing Green

A splendid new addition to our 40s separates collection - these fabulous new trousers are an authentic rework of an original 1940s trousers pattern adapted for the modern figure and in modern fabric.

We have selected a new heavier crepe for these trousers - you will really appreciate the quality. Inspired by chic Hollywood icon - Katherine Hepburn - who rocked the trouser suit in the 1940s.

Packed with features, this style has a wide leg with turn-up, a high waist band, side zip and fastens with a single shell-look button. The wide leg is approx. 22 inches circumference. Deep pleat on the front runs into a strong and slimming crease. Style also has 2 darts on the back. Topped off with contrast top stitching - this is a fantastic and authentic style.
